The program you are trying may be ordered alone - see ORDER.TXT - or as
part of a collection of utilities by Signet Software called the 
Compuserve Stock Utilities(CSU).

CSU includes various utilities and other financial tools for Compuserve
users.

We have tried to include as many of our most popular programs in the
collection.  We will also be adding to the collection in the future
as we complete new programs and as we get ideas for new utilities.
Also your suggestions for improvements to our programs and for new utilities
is most welcome.

The following is a list of files currently available in CSU as of 9/12/94

CIMQ.EXE V3.0       Converts stock and mutual fund free price quotes
                    gathered by WINCIM or CIM(DOS) for easy price updating
                    in Quicken, Spreadsheet(Excel, Lotus, Quattro,etc.), and 
                    Metastock. Requires DOS 2.0 or higher. (One of the most
                    popular stock utility programs available on Compuserve)

CIMQWIN.EXE v2.0    Windows version of CIMQ.EXE. Includes all of the above
                    conversion types except Metastock. Requires Windows 3.1
                    or higher.

CQ.EXE              For those of you who collect quotes using your own
CS.EXE              communications software such as Procomm or Crosstalk.
                    Converts CIS free Basic quotes to Quicken and
                    Spreadsheet format. Requires DOS 2.0 or higher.

CQOZ.EXE            Same as above for users the OZ online navigator.
CSOZ.EXE             

GRAPHD.WK1          Charts price trend data gathered with the above
GRAPHW.WK4          programs. Requires Lotus 2.2(WK1) or higher for DOS or
                    Lotus 4.0(WK4) or higher for Windows.

STOCKS.WK1          Portfolio template - keeps track of total portfolio
STOCKS.WK4          value and other performance measures for your stocks.
STOCKS.XLS          Update prices with prices from our quote conversion
                    programs.  Requires Lotus 2.2(WK1) or higher for DOS;
                    for Windows users Lotus 4.0(WK4) or higher or
                    Excel 5.0(XLS) or higher.

MUTUAL.EXE          Converts Screen captured fund data using Money
                    Magazine's FundWatch Online so they can be analyzed
                    off-line.  Requires DOS 2.0 or Higher

FUND.XLS            Spreadsheet template to analyze FundWatch funds
FUND.WK1            off-line.  Template is built to sort, and filter
                    the data in various ways.

RETIRE.WK1          Do what if analysis using projected savings and spending

                    For Excel 5.0 or Lotus for Windows or DOS.

CIMQ.XLS            The Excel version of our most popular program. This
                    program will convert quotes gathered by WINCIM or CIM.
                    Updates prices directly in Excel or export data to
                    Quicken and other financial programs. 


* We reserve the right to add and delete from the collection at any time
  without notice.  This includes replacing older versions with newer
  versions and completely deleting older programs to make room for new
  utilities.  (If a program is deleted it may be requested from our archives
  for a period of 1 year).  We will make our best effort to include the
  future work programs within the next two to six months, but their
  inclusion can never be assumed to be guaranteed.  As this work is finished
  it will be added to the distribution disk(s).  If the above programs
  aren't on the distribution disks you receive, please drop us an EMAIL from
  time to time to check on their status.  Any future work that becomes
  available after your order is filled may be requested for free within six
  months from the date of your order or for a small upgrade fee after six
  months.  We will usually deliver these as files uploaded to your EMAIL.

  The cost of the Compuserve Stock Utilities on diskette is $20. This
  registration also entitles you to unlimited free EMAIL support and a
